After retiring from my Computer Networking career in 2015, I discovered my true passion in real estate with Sousa Realty. Retirement was short-lived for me, as I thrive on multi-tasking and staying active. Less than a year after retiring, I began working weekends for Scott Rivera in Bakersfield, answering phones. Realizing the need to provide more comprehensive answers, I pursued my Salesperson License. Two years later, I obtained my Broker's License and relocated to Springville.

My love for land has significantly benefitted my agency, and I now oversee agents in the East Bay, Bakersfield, and Tulare County. I am particularly fond of traveling to areas like Coarsegold, Oakhurst, North Fork, Bass Lake, and Mariposa, where I have successfully closed numerous transactions. My background in computer networking has brought valuable resources and expertise to Sousa Realty, setting us apart from other agencies.

Having grown up around farms and ranches, it's no surprise that I have become a specialist in Mountain and Foothill properties. My deep-rooted connection to the land and commitment to excellence drive my success and passion in the real estate industry.
